STOCK/NON-STOCK ITEMS

Throughout the price list(s), items that are not normally held in stock are priced in bold.

Delivery times for non-stock items are dependent on the availability of components and finish required.

Delivery dates upon request.

Small quantities of “non stock items” may be subject to a surcharge. Contact the Sales Office for details.

TITLE

Royde and Tucker Ltd. retain title to all goods until payment is made. In the event of the buyers insolvency, Royde and Tucker reserve the right of lien of the goods already in the buyers possession.

(Although such goods or part thereof may have been paid for), to the value of the unpaid account. All orders are accepted subject to our Standard Conditions of Sale, see back page.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return goods to us, contact the sales office first so that the return can be authorised.

Unauthorised returns will be subject to a minimum 50% re-stocking charge.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Only available for 4 months from date of delivery.
