DOOR BOLTS (BARZA & ANZA)

A bolt is defined simply as any locking device that is not operated by a key.

Barza

The Royde & Tucker Barza bolt has been one of the construction industry’s favourite high security door bolt for many years. They are specified for their robustness, ease of fitting, tamper resistance and price competitiveness. When fitted in the vertical position the chute is reliably held in position by a sprung ball bearing.

The turned stainless steel knob is bolted internally through a steel plug and had a D shaped boss to prevent the knob being rotated or removed Because there are no visible fixings, the Barza bolt can only be removed form the door by inserting the specially designed removal tool into the open end of the chute and depressing the leaf spring.

Barza’s can also be used with the floor mounted easy clean socket (B151-505).

Anza

Anza bolts are morticed within the door leaf so that only the knob slide is visible. Anza’s also have concealed fixings and are tamper proof.

Flush mounted Anza bolts are designed to fit within the leading edge of the door so that the entire bolt is concealed when the door is closed.

Barza and both types of Anza bolts have large knobs and an easy action to facilitate ease of use for those with dexterity problems.
