RT's DA pivot set has been used extensively in commercial applications from Hospitals to Mental Health Units.
Now a residential kit has been developed for easy installation. The H131-780 set is designed to be installed within a traditional flat door lining and with minimal reworking makes the door into a double action one.
The kit is particularly suitable for low - medium use installations where frequent external access may be required, examples being, bathrooms within care homes, sheltered accommodatiom, private dwellings within assisted/monitored units and elements of social housing.
